FILE 04 / 05EVIDENCE

COUNTY CONTINUITY OFFICE · ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT RECORD

EVIDENCE

A room without space, a photograph without a photographer, and a dossier that reaches safe custody by itself.

Evidence 001 is not a beast record. No confirmed body, habitat, tissue, track, or repeatable contact behavior has been recovered. Its central object is an ordinary domestic room located where the surrounding building has no volume to contain it.

A field photograph shows the operator entering from a viewpoint that did not exist inside the alley. The camera documented in the image had not yet been acquired by the Annex. Both records authenticate correctly.

A malformed service alley opens into an ordinary domestic room whose placement cannot fit inside the surrounding building shell.

Evidence 001 / Intake

The malformed opening appeared behind Mercer Pharmacy after a lighting trial. Beyond it was a furnished room with wallpaper, a table, family photographs, and daylight from a window facing into a building that shares no exterior wall with the alley.

The team did not recover an occupant. The index lists one subject; the signed detail record lists two. Room 214 appears on the custody form, but the Mercer building shell has no second floor and no room numbered 214.

Safe Custody Event

The original dossier was locked in Evidence Cabinet C. The following morning, a complete copy was fastened to the operations wall. No intake was logged. The board has no puncture, tape residue, adhesive, or disturbed dust where the copy remains attached.

Removing the copy has not been authorized for further concept development. Staff continue to use the room around it.

An evidence photograph and duplicate case papers have appeared on a county office wall among ordinary maps and filing notices.
